Drive Through Community Breakfast A Success

Salem volunteers wore masks, gloves and stayed in the front entry to safely bag and distribute the roll/coffee/juice to-go breakfast as folks drove through the circle drive. The rolls were made at Caseys, the juice was pre-packaged, and the coffee served in covered to-go cups. There was plenty available for all.

While it worked well to hold this event, we are going to hold off on having more for now. With the local rise in the number of COVID-19 cases, the risk to participants, (including volunteers) remains too high. MP
